By creating an account or subscribing to any Her Full Stack product—including Maker Stack and Creator Stack (collectively referred to as "the Stacks")—you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms that apply to specific features or services.

We offer subscription-based access to Her Full Stack products with both monthly and annual billing options. Specific plan details, features, and pricing are available on our website and may be updated from time to time.
New subscribers receive a 14-day free trial. A valid credit card is required to start your trial. You will not be charged until your trial period ends. We will send reminder emails before your trial expires so you have the opportunity to cancel if you choose not to continue.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Standard payment processing fees (2.9% + $0.30 per transaction) apply to your customer transactions and are paid directly to the payment processor, not to us.
We charge ZERO platform fees on your sales. Your subscription fee is all you pay—we never take a percentage of your revenue.
Subscription prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. However, existing subscribers will remain at their current pricing for the lifetime of their subscription. Price changes only apply to new customers or if you change your plan after a price increase.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason. Both monthly and annual plans can be canceled without penalty.

All purchases are final. Because Her Full Stack provides digital products and services with immediate access upon subscription, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to: unused time, dissatisfaction with the service, accidental purchase, or failure to cancel before the trial period ends.
We encourage you to take full advantage of your 14-day trial to evaluate whether the service meets your needs before your subscription begins.
Funds added to your email marketing wallet are non-refundable and non-transferable.
You agree not to use our platform to:

You retain all rights to the content you create and upload to our platform, including:

While we maintain regular backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important content.

Her Full Stack, our logo, templates, and platform features are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without written permission.
You may customize provided templates for your own business use. You may not resell or redistribute templates to others.
Our platform integrates with third-party services including:

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.
We provide email and chat support. Annual subscribers receive priority support and quarterly strategy calls.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
