Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Her Full Stack (“HFS,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the platform.

Services

Her Full Stack provides subscription-based access to digital systems, automation frameworks, templates, workflows, dashboards, training materials, and related resources (“Services”), including but not limited to Summit Stack and related tools.

Services may include software access, configuration, and optional implementation support. Features, tools, and availability may change, evolve, or be discontinued at any time.

Account Access & Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your account.

You agree not to share, sublicense, or provide access to your account to unauthorized users. We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access if account misuse is detected.

Subscriptions & Billing

Certain Services are offered on a recurring subscription basis.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Her Full Stack to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the plan selected at checkout. Subscription pricing, billing frequency, and terms are disclosed prior to purchase.

Failure to process payment may result in suspension or termination of access.

Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

Cancellations do not result in refunds for prior billing periods. Access remains active through the end of the current paid term unless otherwise stated.

Platform Dependency & Third-Party Services

Her Full Stack operates on and integrates with third-party platforms, including but not limited to GoHighLevel.

You acknowledge that platform availability, performance, and limitations may be affected by third-party services beyond our control. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or restrictions imposed by third-party providers.

Intellectual Property & License

All templates, automations, workflows, training materials, and systems provided by Her Full Stack remain the exclusive property of Her Full Stack.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your own business purposes while your subscription is active.

You may not copy, resell, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Services.

Prohibited Use

• Resell or white-label Her Full Stack without written permission
• Share access, templates, or systems outside your licensed account
• Use the Services for unlawful or abusive purposes
• Attempt to bypass platform limitations or safeguards

No Guarantee of Results

Her Full Stack provides systems, tools, and frameworks only.

We do not guarantee financial results, revenue outcomes, list growth, conversions, or business performance. Success depends on implementation, market conditions, and individual use.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Her Full Stack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services if these Terms are violated or if use of the platform poses operational, legal, or security risks.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Her Full Stack operates.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
